KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Corresponding shipments with overseas agents and customers.
  • Obtain shipment documents from the origin and coordinate with the internal department for the necessary documentation.

  • Responsible for handling of shipping documentation, planning, organizing, and managing import operations.
  • Knowledge of import and export processes.
  • Work with SL customs, Sri Lanka port authority, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the management timely manner.
  • Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
